Neither of you are posting times you are available.

Tomorrow is a Sunday. Post the times you can play and get it over and done with.

What I do know from when I played civ was that MLL is often online playing civ and easy to track down. Sparta, I don't know you but given that the last game you were involved with never got finished and you guys managed to be nasty to MLL for getting frustrated with that, I don't think it is unfair to think you could be more part of the problem than the solution.

Lets see both of you posting when you can play and if it matches up. But, by now both of you should have swapped phone numbers and given each other a call when available to play or to leave nuisance phone calls.

I did post times available. I posted I could play mon/tues/wed last week anytime in evening. I have posted other times too. The only response I get on this board is insults to me and no "sure I can play such and such a time, let's do it". So I will try once more. I can play today or tomorrow anytime before 7pm my time. I don't see how it's possible I could be more reasonable. Every other match the opposing team posted within a day or two and sometimes sooner, and listed if they could play or not and counter suggestions. Here I just get nonsense.

On 1st December I wrote two weeks, so tomorrow is the deadline. Exntending this time is pointless as I can't see good will to play this game. So if you want to play - play today or tomorrow. After that the tourney is over.

Come on ldeska, you act like I have a choice to play. He quit after our first session because he knew the game would be lost. I have made every effort I can to post here to set up a game. I don't sign on civ anymore because I hate ancient ss, but nothing is stopping him from saying he can play right on this forum, like I have been and like every other player does. He makes the excuse that he isn't playing because I don't sign on to civ which is completely ridiculous - as if I am going to sit in front of my computer 24/7 watching the civ4 lobby, which has only games I don't even play anymore, waiting for him to sign on to civ. I think he should have a substitute player put in his place to play against me from his bracket so the tournament can be finished legitimately. He should have been disqualified a long time ago for taking way too long to finish his games. This has been an extremely fun and thought provoking tournament, but not when it drags on so long.

I have no means to decide who to blame... in my opinion both of you are guilty. I can't do anything else but to close this tourney without winner

this is first time when it happened so I don't know if there will be seventh edition of KAC Cup at all. Maybe in Civ5...

oh well MLL kept spreading lies?
i still want to remind you that i was the one using civ4fans the whole time and showing off in lobby w8ing on this guy, on his suggested times.

sad that he still tries to pull himself as winner of a game that he didnt want to finish and still wont im sure.
btw he just joined the same clan as me and he just got himself out of a 1v1 report against mistergametheory, you should check out the league forum so you might get an idea how low this guy really is like.

i couldnt open it, my computer didnt recognize it as civ4file, and i couldnt load it via civ4exxe.

but i gave you a sumary of how the situation looked like in the email i send ya.

edit: why can i log into the forum again? reinstalled windows some time ago, might have fixed the cookie problem? ldeska you once told me how to fixe it easyer^^... i would love to get the information again, this might happen to me in other forums too so i better be prepared =)....

Guys I will not send emails to both of you separately and play Sherlock Holmes. In my opinion you're both guilty as you both wanted to play that game but it was not finished at all. The save sent to me by MLL shows very even situation - nothing is decided and in my opinion both sides have 50% chances to win.

If any of you want to become a winner you must finish this game. If you won't, you will be both declared as second place ex aequo. What is very sad for me as this tourney was until sixth edition exceptional kind of competition where such things never happened before.

its just sad what mll has to pull here. well since i cant proof anything , all i can do is to apologize to you ldeska.

i apologize for not finishing the final of your tourney, but i can tell you that there was and i beleave is no way i can do so.
